The terms for using InviApp®

InviApp® is a registered European Union trade mark (EUTM No. 019363690). These terms govern accounts, event pages, subscriptions and acceptable use of InviApp® by hosts, businesses and guests.

1. Agreement, trademark and eligibility

By creating an account or using InviApp®, you agree to these terms.

InviApp® is a registered European Union trade mark (EUTM No. 019363690).

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use InviApp for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind that organisation.

2. The service

InviApp provides tools for event pages, invitations, registration, RSVP, guest management, memories, wishlists, analytics and related functions. Features may evolve, but we will not intentionally remove paid core functionality during a current billing period without a reasonable alternative.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Guest links and codes should be shared only with their intended recipients.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant InviApp a limited licence to host, process, display and transmit it only as needed to provide the service.

You must have the necessary rights and lawful basis for guest data and content, provide required notices, and respond to guest data requests.

  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful material.
  • Do not use InviApp for unsolicited bulk messaging, harassment or malware.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service or probe other users’ data.

5. Plans and payment

Private accounts may use the stated free features. Business features require an active paid subscription unless a trial or promotional offer applies. Prices, taxes and renewal terms are shown before purchase.

Business subscriptions can be billed monthly or yearly. Eligible customers may pay by invoice with the payment term shown on that invoice.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep InviApp available and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party failures and events beyond reasonable control may cause temporary interruption. Material service changes will be communicated when reasonably possible.

7. Warranties and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill and otherwise as available. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid account is limited to fees paid for that account in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service or cancel a subscription at any time. We may suspend access for serious security risk, non-payment or material breach, normally after notice where practical. You may export data before closing an account.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Danish law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules that apply where you live. Questions should be sent to alex@inviapp.com.
